Wow thats awesome seva! You would need a lot of preparation to properly teach them how sikhism teaches equality and love.
With 5 ks you would hopefully be able to eliminate biases people make about turban and kirpan most often. Just be nice and kind to people, just try to mention extreme opinion even though they may be right ( like, even tho i know a kurehti no matter how nice a person is, will still is a wrong person, I won't exactly say this. But say in abit neutral ways)
Maybe show differences between muslim turban and sikh and sikh turban serves a different purpose.
For Kirpan, go back to the history how sikhs were to save innocent people when the king was himself bad.
Be ready for questions. Like people say WHY exactly are hair imp? Say about how scientifically it is proven that they hold energy, and provide relegious explanation about vaisakhi and how Guru ji gave us identity
Whereever possible try to mention scientific things tht go with Gurbani as well. Manmukhs get too impressed with it. Like big bang theory is related to how Guru Nanak Dev ji mentions how universe was formed with Oankaar sound.

Talk about equality how there are 4 doors to Harimandir Sahib. How people of various ethnicity become sikh. Give examples how sikhs are helping world around ex. haiti help by sikhs sent by Guru Nanak Sikh Gurdwara, Canada.
And you know how some people wonder how did we make this big turban, maybe try explaning that jura is there and all other is kapra

Good on ya brother. For english we had to do a protest speech and I did it on the 1984 Anti Sikh riots. I felt so good about talking about our history. If you know your stuff I don't think that you would have a problem. However keep in mind when you are doing this on behalf of the whole sikh panth.
