Whats the sikh view of mediums, psychics -people who claim that they have contact with spirits? Do they really have contact with the dead and shall we believe in what they say? What does guru granth sahib say about this? can people have contact with dead spirits?
Spirit and soul is the same, so when you're soul cannot leave the elctromagnetic field of the earth due to strong karmic attachemnt and negativity, the soul becomes a wandering spirit on earth and we call'em Ghost's. There are some passages when Guru Granth Sahib Ji talks about restless spirits, and there are also a lot of Kathas about the Sikh Guru's and there encounters with restless spirits. I will find the passage in Guru Ji and send it to you. And by the way the Spirit is immortal, so technically there are no dead spirits, just restless spirits and yeah if you develope in your spiritual practice you will become very subtle and'll be able to get in contact with the dimension of the souls.
I would rather listen to my Living Guru, Guru Granth Sahib than trust mediums and psychics who don't even know when they are going to die! Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh.
If anyone is inflicked with evil spirit .he or she should recite sukhmani sahib path .and do pray to guru sahib
basically these things according to bani do exist (please somebody correct me if I am wrong) but literally if you focus all of your consciousness on guru's shabad, these things will not be able to harm you
I 'm inflicted with an evil spirit from the last 20 yrs. Can anyone suggest a sikh psychic to get me out of it.
