sabh ko pooraa aapay hovai ghat na ko-ee aakhai. Everyone calls himself perfect; none call themselves imperfect.

pat parvaanaa pichhai paa-ee-ai taa naanak toli-aa jaapai. ||2|| If the weight of command is placed on the scale, then, O Nanak, one sees his true weight. ||2||

Obviously we all know that we don't point mistakes in others, unless we give them advice against harm.

But what does this Salok mean ?

Does this mean that a person who thinks that a person who does the right things all the time is actually blinded by it and starts living in his own illusion ?

People think "I am fine just the way I am. That's me. That's who I am." There is no desire to work on oneself, i.e., to do the spiritual work necessary to penetrate the veil of illusion.

When we is forced to look in the mirror and see our self as we truly are, not as who we think we are, then our true value is revealed.

Does that mean that we are impure and will always be a mix of pure/impure and just live with it ? What is the true value ?

Khalsa means pure "Khalsa mero roop hai khaas Khalse mein hoon karo niwas" so dear you have to control your mind and become pure.
