What are the five groups of Sikhism and what are thier significance ?

A Gurmukh sees one in all, he sees one in Sikh / Muslim / Hindu, Humans/ animals etc.

A Manmukh keeps on splitting the one into many, e..g even Nihangs have different sects like Bidi Chand Dal etc. etc.

There is no significance, those who think there are 5 groups within are lost
