Does Hukam means the law of nature ie.as you sow so shall you reap or the Hukam in Big picture means the will of God ie.Good and bad things happens in his will as it happens in a show or movieor it means both.
Hukam means in nut shell "what ever is supposed to happen is happening " worrying is futile.
Life is like a movie some are assigned the roles on villain some of heroes villians are marked by evil deeds they are full or pride ego and think only of themselves and are money grabbing. if they can stop doing this bad things will stop happening to them
Karma is "as you sow so shall you reap" and yes, hukam is "the law of nature" but it's bigger than that. I would say it is the flow of the continual unfolding of the creative force through Prakriti (creation.) Either one lives in harmony with the flow, moment to moment, or one struggles against it according to one's ego.
