There are so many characteristics in sikhi which impress me to stay as a sikh. You could go on writing thousands of characteristics. Its not something which you can briefly describe. I will try to describe some of them here in my answer.

  1. Briefly describe those great things in Sikhi that impress you to stay as a Sikh.
  • Equality; no cast systems or differences between male/female
  • Gurdwaras available to all
  • Sri Guru Granth Sahib written by the gurus, not priests
  • etc.
  1. What great qualities in the teachings of the Sikh Gurus inspire you to be their followers?

Qualities:

  • Peaceful
  • Honest
  • Forgiving
  • Great teachers

Teachings:

  • Equality
  • three basic rules to live by: naam japna, Wand chhakana and Kirt Karna
  • God judges man by actions, not casts
  • Don't escape from problems, face them!
  • opposed idol worship and many rituals
  • spiritual education is very important

3.What achievements of the Gursikhs impress you the most and make you want to be like them?

I don't judge sikhs by what they have accomplished but by what what they can do.

  • Baba Deep Singh; his courage
  • Harbhajan Singh Yogi; spreading of his knowledge
  • Beant Singh; determination and courage
  • Satwant Singh; determination and courage
  • Banda Singh Bahadur; willingness and courage

They all are important sikhs in sikh history.

Note: Many Gursikhs gained achievements that weren't reconized.

I hope this answered your very difficult question.

1.Briefly describe those great things in Sikhi that impress you to stay as a Sikh. a) there is a great martial and spiritual heritage b) the equality of everyone, especially the emphasis on brotherhood and sisterhood c) that fact that we help others for nothing in return.

  1. What great qualities in the teachings of the Sikh Gurus inspire you to be their followers?

the honesty in their words, it straight forward and realist. the gurus always have an answer for your questions.

3.What achievements of the Gursikhs impress you the most and make you want to be like them? if get inspiration from shaheed singhs and nihang singh. there bravery, courage, and skill really sticks out and also the amount of bani and simran they do is amazing. look at bhai bachittar singh. he was a midget and had only one arm. yet he did 51 jaap sahibs and was able to fight a drunk elephant. also, baba deep singh ji was able to fight with out his head and at such an old age with a khanda that singh's now a days struggle to lift.

  1. I stay a Sikh because Sikhi makes sense, it is not like the whole Non-Sikh world, even the Sikh world, but mostly Non-Sikhs, as the Non-Sikhs feel like their faith is the best, I understand that some Sikhs think that Sikhi is the best;but, a difference is that they aren't able to be bribed for their faith.

  2. The Guru's are just impressive in general, from the time of Guru Nanak-Guru Granth Sahib/Guru Panth, we have only the knowledge of the truth this faith is like a complete puzzle, other religions have some pieces to the puzzle;but, the puzzle of Non-Sikhs aren't complete

  3. Bhai Taru Singh Ji= Love for Kesh, Bhai Mati Das, Bhai Sati Das, and Bhai Dayal Ji=Love for Guru, Baba Deep Singh=Desire to fight for the Khalsa, Bhai Sangat Singh Ji (If you don't know about him he is the person shown that Guru Gobind Singh Ji gave his Kalgi to)=Shaheedi for The Guru, There are countless of people just like this, I can't even count them all, but, the most recent one I would say is Bhai Balwant Singh Rajoana(I don't agree with his views, but he does a lot for our faith, I wish he would be a Jathedar)=Fearlessness to those in power
