Do we sikhs believe in the chakras? Is it mentioned anywhere in the Guru Granth Sahib ji?

That's kind of like saying 'do we believe in gravity?' or 'do we believe in oxygen?' Chakras aren't a set of beliefs. They are simply the electromagnetic subtle energy centers of the body. Guru Ji talks of the Dasam duar. That is the crown chakra located at the top of the head where a baby has a soft spot. There are many things we cannot see with two eyes that exist nonetheless.
