I have a desire to see Khalsa raj or 960 million Khalsa.Is it wrong to have this desire ?
As Khalsa is rising gradually so to see Khalsa raj might not be possible in this life time.Thus this desire will lead to another incarnation.

Don't worry you gone see Khalsa raj in this life time as khalsa raj is coming in 2038 or Sikhism will become the dominant religion like christianity is today.It's you only have to live 20 more years and your age is just 33.
