After the end of the rule of Maharaja Ranjit Singh in 1849 under the British rule once Harmandir sahib was getting auctioned and in 1947 Punjab was partioned during millions of people died.In 1984 Sikh Genocide happened and the saviors of Bharat were termed as terrorists and even today after 35 years due to Khalistan movement many Sikhs are in jail and few are being arrested. The wounds and flames of 1984 have not healed and cooled yet.Alocohol and drugs are on rise in punjab.

Kashmir is also suffering with the same problem but much worse.

We cannot regain lost glory. We must move forward, not back. The glories to come are different from those of the past. The technology of Sikhi is a universal technology for living and more and more are discovering it every day. It's a gradual process.
