What paath should I do so god can listen to my prayers and forgive me for the sins that I’m suffering right now for , what should I do when it feels like God has turned his back on me . It hurts so much like my life is like so good right now but i cant even live or enjoy it due to whatever I have (depersonalization or maybe a tumor) . Its like being thirsty and theres plenty of water but not having the mouth to drink it. This was my time to enjoy life and it really hurts. I do paath sometimes and listen to it but have lost all my faith. Its so scary, annoying and exhausting, I feel like one day Im going to completely lose my mental state or something. And no-one knows how much pain I am in, or what I am experiencing, I don't know what kind of future I have ahead. I just want to be normal and get on track with my studies. But I m scared, what if I will never get better and I meant to suffer my entire life. :(( God helppp

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh Ji! At times when I have experienced feelings of disconnection from Sikhi, I personally take a hukamnamma and slowly break it down with the English Katha (check out SikhNet's Daily Hukamnamma service). I focus on what the words mean and be totally present to what Guru Sahib Ji is trying to convey. It is difficult since I live in an area with little Sangat but this simple practice has helped. I also do Chaupai Sahib when I feel disconnected from Guru Ji and I turn to the Guru knowing they know the pain I am in. I also would recommend reaching out to local counseling services in your community and seeking out professional help/counseling. While Sikhi is a powerful tool to help us students get back on track with studies, sometimes there are large factors in play with our health that we might not be aware of until we take some time to figure them out. Please forgive me for any mistakes I have made, Ji. I hope that this helps, and know you are not alone in experiencing this.
