Guruka Singh says that there will be 960 million Khalsa which will not just come from Punjab whose population is around 50 million which is obvious and it will come from the World whose population is around 8 billion is a right thing to say

But saying that the prophecy Guru Gobind Singh ji that there will be 960 million Khalsa which just not mean pure people but people with bana of Guru Gobind Singh ji also.

In todays world when there are few people who wear turbans and many are sehajdhari it will be to some extent right to say that there will be 960 million Khalsa and they will not all wear turbans but live in Khalsa consciousness. But what we cant see through our eyes can be seen by Guru Gobind Singh ji through his divine vision because he was the Guru and Khalsa he made in 1699 was not only given bani but also bana.I mean very few people know about the word Khalsa before Guru Gobind Singh used it.waheguru ji ka khalsa waheguru ji ki fateh.

I think Guru Gobind Singh Ji cares about quality more than quantity.

To give you a little history about Turban. A Turban ( Durban in Farsi ) was worn by Mughal rulers and was restricted by them to common people saying that it should be worn only by the "so called royal Mughals" and rest were supposed to wear topi ( cap ).

So when, Guru Tegh Bahadur ji was matryed, Aurangzeb called to the public and said " is there any Sikh of the Guru who will claim his head " ?

But Sikhs were very scared for whoever would have claimed it would have been executed too. When Guru Gobind Singh Ji came to know about this he said " Now I will make Sikhs in such a way that they will be recognized in the crowd and will be fearless of death". So he told everyone to start wearing turbans.

"Jo sikh sir topi thhare, Sat janam Kushtee hoyee maree"

Who ever will wear a cap ( basically is scared of Mughals) will go to Hell.

hope it makes sense

Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa, Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh, The dastaar and the 5 kakaars are an extension of our physical roop. Being a Sikh is as much of an external roop as it is an internal roop. Amrit is internal as well as external. Just because a Sikh does or does not keep the 5 kakaars or dastaar does not make them less of a Sikh or a better Sikh. We are all cultivating a relationship with Guru Sahib and the physical manifestation of the Khalsa roop is what you make of it and your relationship with your physical body. Integrating bani and bana in one's life is a challenging process that takes many years and lifetimes depending on the soul. We are all on our journey towards the Oneness and are on our own unique respective paths. Bhull Chuuk Maaf Ji, please forgive me for the mistakes I have made in this post.
