I agree it would be good to go to a doctor who can refer you to a specialist so you can do testing to see what solutions than can offer. Guruka Singh Ji gave a great answer. I also like to remember that it took 30 yrs after Mata Gujri's marriage for her to have Gobind Rai, and that Mata Ganga Ji also had trouble conceiving which is why she went to Baba Buddha Ji. When the time was right both were blessed.

all paath from Gurbani is powerful. Do you do the Panj banis in the morning? Thats a good start. if you do, then add Sukhmani Sahib paath. Really understand the meanings. Absorb into the paath.

Keetha lorrehi so karehi , I have heard about this shabad,but how to do, I don't know. Some mentioned 11 times, some mentioned 4 times. Kindly help.

doing a shabad just ritualistically a certain number of times is not what sikhi teaches. People who say that are not helping to join you to the right path when they tell you to do a certain # of times. Understanding, singing, listening Gurbani is important. Do as many times as the heart desires.

All Gurbani has healing powers like I said but it also teaches us things like accepting Hukam, the point is for it to transform our lives, not for us to simply repeat. More repeititions should be to build understanding.

How long have you been trying? Have you been examined? Has your husband's sperm been examined? If you are unable to conceive, than that is hukam. It is about souls. If a soul is destined to be with you, and your prayers for that soul are heartfelt, then Guru Ji will bring that soul into your family by whatever means. There is no fault or failing in you. You are perfect, just as you are. All this lies perfectly in Hukam.

That said, there is no more powerful Shabad than Poota Mata ki Asees

Waheguru jio, baani is there to help give you understanding about god and his hukam. If you are unable to conceive then its best to stay in god's will. Remember, Bibi Nanaki ji never had a child either so don't go on other tracks, especially not towards any "dehi baba". However, if your medical reports are okay then try to track your periods and try in that way. Waheguru ji te vishwas rakho. Bhul Chuk Muaf.
