Thoughts are maya and take us away from our path to God, so the ay to actually treat this problem is to simply do more simran, more sangat, more understanding of Gurbani like tryingtobasikh said. Don't get stuck in the thoughts, start working on the solution and the thoughts will stop.

Waheguru jio, where don't you want to go? Gurudwara? So, what you're trying to say is that if you don't go, god will punish you and bad stuff will happen? If so, please don't worry, we pray only for ourselves, our god is almighty, he's "nirvair", so he will never take revenge. Gurudwaras were made to teach you guru's baani and their message, if it doesn't give you a peace of mind and you feel forced, please don't force yourself to go. On the other hand, please read gurbani yourself with meaning and understand what guru ji tries to say. Get rid of your superstition, be care free and know god always does good. "satgur sabna da bhala manaida". :) Bhul Chuk Muaf.

Muaf karna ji, khul ke daso ki problem hai. I understand Punjabi so if you're more open with that, then that's great too.

In what way do you want to consider it? If its bad thinking then don't follow it, but rather understand why you're thinking that way. Understand that it'll take practice but keep practicing to think about good things :)
