When is the right time of the day and right place to chant Simran?

You can chant Simran any time while bathing, while doing household chores, while travelling and even at your work place.
On a personal level, I would prefer taking a dip in the Holy Ganges and then sit inside a Mud Hut surrounded by beautiful Cows outside at the foothills of the Himalayas indulging in heavy Simran from Dawn to Dusk concentrating on the Lotus Feet of the Hari Narayan.

Every time and place. Simran is especially powerful when you are able to sit in quiet and close your eyes because it allows you to concentrate, and also together in sangat.
