I dont know what is happening???

My exams are nearby. My family condition is not well by health and wealthwise. But i tried to support my family. I used to recite sukhmani sahib and going to gurdwara sahib at alternate days. But due to fear of exams i am not able to concenterate on path Even i could not do path daily. This hurts me a lot. Along this uncontrolled anger disturbs me. A thought arises to study next arises to do path. I did that things which doesnot liked by me. Everyday i get angry on my family especially on my sisters on little bit things. At that instant i know this is not right but it seems like that mind is not in my control. After that i got depressed. I dont want to waste my time i want to study but cant do so Whenever i do path i got relief but it remains until im doung path. After doing path my worsen state comes back. My family expecting good marks from me but it is next to impossible when i could not foccussed my mind.i dont know what is happening and why??? Bhul chuk maaf krna ji

You don’t need to feel guilty or angry at yourself for studying, or not doing paath constantly or with full concentration. That’s how it is sometimes in life. I think you sound really stressed out and what you need is to find a way to relieve your stress. Maybe sit in sangat at the Gurdwara, talk to a friend, do things to take care of yourself etc. It is hard to focus on anything when you are in such a condition. Eat well, take care of your body. God will take care of your family and all your affairs, let that burden go. Waheguru watches over us. I like to remind myself that whatever happens, no matter how bad it seems, it is going to be just fine. You don’t need to be afraid of the results of this exam, just do your best. When we are stressed we do get angry at people and have a short temper, families understand that. You love them and they know it. Don’t feel bad about yourself. There is no need to fight the anger, just accept that sometimes it is coming and that you are slowly working to decrease this through your prayers. Do the prayers when you can, in that second you feel you must remember God, think Waheguru in that moment, and finish up your work. Be patient and the mind will come under control, don’t worry about it happening right away. This is a very hard thing to manage.

Don't force yourself to concentrate when I do that I get headaches and after doing my paath I would feel anger building up because I was frustrated I couldn't do paath. Just plan a timetable and devote time to paath and study, do ardaas and just remain calm.
