Where are your doubts coming from? Have other people judged you? Are you doubting yourself?

In any relationship, you must honestly examine your motivation. A relationship which serves your own ego and your emotional and physical satisfaction is exploitative and manipulative. Such relationships end up causing pain on both sides.

Ask yourself, what is the difference between sister, girlfriend and wife?

Where is the grace in each relationship? Where are the boundaries?

When you understand that, then you are ready to move forwards. Unfortunately, music videos and other media have given us a very distorted view of what girlfriend and boyfriend actually mean.

You are amazing at expling this stuff. What you have said there is what I was trying to get at in the Amritdhari Sikh Limits Question. I guess I didn't do a good job of it but your explanation here is amazing.
