Sat Sri Akal, can someone please let me know what is the rehat maryada for doing sehaj paath?? I would like to do sehaj paath on my own time (not everyday) is it okay? Also being girl is it okay to do sehaj paath when we are on monthly period? Please advise what rehat maryada we need to follow??

Yes it's fine to do the sehaj paat on your own time. You can totally do it during your period! Specifically in Sikhi, menstruation is not taboo and we should not restrict ourselves from being able to read gurbani because of our menstrual cycle :)
