sir when i was 16, by seeing asleel talks by my classmates, i masterbate once, but after that kaambhawana had increased ,and i suffered from wet dreams, i started paath. now i am 27 but still suffered from wet dreams but rarely once in 2-3 weaks. how can i stop this , i feel guilty due to this and meltally disturbed.
We humans have strong sexual desire inside us, so it's quite natural that most of us love talking about sex, watching porn and hence masturbating. No matter how much religious you are still then you cannot stop yourself from those wet dreams or the lust inside you. Stop feeling guilty because this will lead to mental depression.

But i think men do have more desire for sex than women. Though women do masturbate but not sure whether women too go through wet dreams or not.
probably true. I think its a hormonal thing, but also I think women have more desire than men realize! I think there's an aspect of it being culturally less acceptable for women to express that desire.
