To me the question is not "why guru sahib is not listening me?" but rather "Are you listening to Guru Sahib?" What you want may not be what is supposed to happen. Do more listening and less asking. Understand what Guru Ji wants from you right now. When you understand what is required, do that, even if it is not what you wished or planned.

God is always listening. Waheguru doesn't always make things happen as we desire though. Continue to do your sewa and prayers. Start doing simran as well. Waheguru is going to arrange everything, just have patience. Just do what is required as Guruka Singh Ji has recommended. The more Gurbani you will read the more your anxieties and worries are going to get alleviated.
