I’m sorry to hear about your situation. Did your husband offer you some reasons or a chance for you two to mend things (is he willing to work on your marriage?). It is understandable you are attached to him. He is the father of your children. You say your kids miss their father… is he separated from you right now? Your comment that he wants you to leave your job because he is suspicious… is he suspecting you are cheating? Has he been jealous often throughout your marriage? Did he say he would stay if you stopped working? (sorry I’m trying to better understand). Financial independence is important and you don’t want to end up divorced and without a job so I agree its important that you keep working. Because he could make you leave your job and then find another reason why he wants a divorce.
