Some ideas: If possible, set your alarm tone to simran/kirtan so that it reminds you what you are waking up for, and keep it across the room so you have to get up to shut it off. Make sure you sleep on time/good "sleep hygiene" because if you don't feel rested, you aren't going to want to wake up! Try taking your current wake up time and slowly moving it back by half hr increments. Can you get someone you know to call you/ or someone in the house to check and make sure you have woken up have the same bedtime each day.
