Great answer anon! I would answer this as: "I don't believe there is such a thing as a right or wrong religion. This question seems to imply that there is only one path to God, but there are many paths. The very root of Sikhism is about accepting all, not about hating other religions. I think life is about being true to your religion and committing to it. I have nothing to prove to you about my religion and my path in life." There is a difference in this type of question that you have been asked "what makes you think yours is?" versus asking somebody questions about their religion to gain a deeper understanding- it has a different tone to it.
