This question does not belong on a Sikh forum, but i will answer you for the sake of facts. Please keep in mind that castes are against Sikhi and that if you are to say you have a caste, call yourself a Khalsa.

Anyway, the Dhallas belong to the Sunar caste, and the Mair Rajput sub-caste. They are generally jewellers or goldsmiths, and are of Northern India and Nepal. Most are Hindus, but Sikh Dhallas are primarily found in Haryana and the Punjab. They are believed to have been descended from the Kshatriyas. So no - Dhallas are not Jatts.

I hope this helped for a bit of knowledge. Please, if you are a Dhalla, do not call yourself a Dhalla, but a Khalsa as was previously started.
