Everyone else has given excellent answers, but I also wanted to point out that many people involved in the porn industry are exploited and abused. By watching porn, not only are you harming yourself, but you are also hurting these very vulnerable and damaged people and continuing a bad cycle where desperate people are forced into this terrible industry.
