As you do your daily discipline, your body tells you what you need. That said, you can also be craving sugar and eating watermelons and believe that is what body is telling you. Altough the symptome can be something else completly, for example due to being heartbroken.
Although I think veg vs non-veg will be discussed in the future. I personally believe that is not the big issue here right now at the moment in our panth.
