Waheguru Ji Ka Khalsa Waheguru Ji Ki Fateh

One example is we surrender our mind, body and words to Waheguru.

With our mind we think about Waheguru and Guru Ji, and good thoughts.

With our body we serve the Guru and humanity.

With our words we speak the Gurus bani and speak in humbly.

If we want to surrender to God, we have to be Gurmukh which means we face the Guru at all times. What ever Guru Ji tells us to do we accept and with his kirpa do whatever Guru Ji says.

With parents, we must help them and be kind to them. It doesn't mean that we surrender to them, as they are not perfect and whatever they say won't be always truth or good.
