I understand that you feel hopeless. That is good! It is a blessing. It is when we feel most hopeless, when we are at our darkest point, that we truly surrender to the Guru. May God protect us from so called psychics and soothsayers. There is no such thing as lucky or unlucky. There are the samskars (patterns) you bring from previous incarnations and there are the karmas you came here to pay. This earth is karam khand. It is the place we come to do the work to pay our karmas with grace and grow in our own spiritual maturity.

The Gurmukh is the master of his mind. While others feel themselves apart, While others are wishing and hoping, He contemplates God within his heart.
