These dreams are just your subconscious mind processing your experiences and integrating them into your memories. Don't sleep during the sunrise. Get up before the sun rises and do your morning sadhana. Go to bed consciously and rise in the morning consciously. Do Kirtan Sohila right before you fall asleep. No phone or computer after it. Your dreams will calm down. You can also do Shabd Kriya after you leave of all screens and prepare for bed. Please read this post.
