Dear Sister,

I was in exactly the same mode few months ago due to various reasons. With Guru's grace and His sadhsangat you can overcome this feeling. We tend to eat and look after all our needs for the body but we forget that our soul needs its food too. The food for the soul is Naam Simran, sewa and Sadhsangat and when the soul gets all that then it becomes really happy. If your soul is happy then you are automatically happy and your body has positive effects of that too.

So try to attend sadhsangat and try to do at least 5 minutes of naam simran daily. You will see the difference yourself.
