Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is when you feel you have to do something repeatedly: clean up, straighten a picture, touch a lamp post. You feel that, in order to relax; in order for things to be okay, you must perform a certain act. It is a spectrum, from the minor state of being a "clean freak" to the further side such as feeling that you have to slap yourself, or move in a certain way. None of these things are "crazy" in the sense that you are lost in your own little world and cannot relate to others.

If you feel that you are OCD, then honor that. It's part of you. Figure out how to use it creatively. Figure out how to use it to help other people.
