You seem to have the best of questions! I'm glad that you are asking about things you are unsure about. Intuition is a gift that everyone has. What does YOUR intuition say about what this means? Mine says that to sing the praises of the One means literally, sing praises (kirtan), but on a deeper level, sing with your actions, with your expressions, with your thoughts. Base everything you do on your values and integrity as a child of the Divine. When everything you do is based in Truth (which comes TO you and is something that you will know when you see it), then you are singing and meditating day and night.

This is often commonly misinterpreted as meaning "sit there and focus on God 24/7," but God exists in everything. God sees THROUGH YOUR EYES! Works with your hands! Waheguru! Your intuition helps you find the best path for you at every moment, no matter what you are doing.
