For Sikhs there is no such thing as conversion. Your identity as a Sikh is between you and your Guru. Your daily practice and lifestyle will evolve as your relationship with your Guru evolves. Your identity as a Sikh lives in your heart, not in your head. It manifests all the time in your actions and your words. A Sikh is one who lives with an open heart, an attitude of gratitude to the One Creator, and who serves everyone.
The answer is simple: keep up and keep going and let the Guru reveal to you what you need to do next.
