oh lost soul one can meditate on a mantra thousands of times. there are no rules. but if one was to say that mantra once with all the heart, love and truth it would be worth millions.

oh lost soul when one is lost in these thoughts- there is only one thing one can truely do. when doing ardass all my queries and questions are answered the great lord has listend to my prayer praise the wonderful lord the remover of obstacles. when meditating upon the lord har har all thoughts are destroyed only god is supreme.
