It is time to develop a relationship with that part of yourself which is infinite and unlimited... that part of you which is unknown to you. In order to do that you must work on yourself and develop the ability to go within. Unless you develop and experience that trust within yourself you will never be able to develop trust outside of yourself. Instead of saying, "there's no place to go but up..." I would say instead, "there's no place to go but in." Train yourself and begin to develop a regular habit to meditate.
