Yes, this is true. It is easy to be lazy and it is easy to live as a fanatic. It is difficult to live a balanced life. This is the "Middle Way" as the Buddha taught and also the Dharmic Path of the Edge of the Sword as taught by Guru Gobind Singh Ji.
