Either one is a Sikh or one is not. That is between you and your Guru. Many look like Sikhs on the outside but they do not live the Dharma. Many who do not look as we expect Sikhs to look are in reality better Sikhs than we. There are no "Yogi Bhajan Sikhs" nor gora Sikhs nor Punjabi Sikhs. There are only Guru Ji's Sikhs.
