God is Akaal => Not in Time When you meditate, you are supposed to be rid of time, not thinking about things in past and worried about future but living in the moment (outside the realm of time).

But this also means that you don't waste time, Present is called Vartmaan => Consumable, you consume time with each breath, But some thing that is Consumed is gone and not to be thought of (unless you learn something from it)
