I once heard Yogi Ji describe something similar to you, about 'Space fever', where you struggle to relate to your surroundings, and you described trying to 'get out of the universe'. Yoga and meditation will help you, and service to others will stimulate the circle of flow so you receive answers and blessings.

Is there anything in your life that makes you feel happy? Friends and family, even pets you may love a lot? Sports you play, yummy foods or books, TV shows etc...? Remember those things that bring you joy, and you can feel the gratitude of having them in your life. And when you are in a state of gratitude to the Universe, a lot of blessings can come your way. This is especially true when you are in a depressed or tough time - recognizing gratitude and thanks for things which you do have can turn things around for you.
