Do you mean sukhna as in resolve or vow? You are making decisions to do things or go to places? If you are just having thoughts of things which you feel are not good or you are not happy with it is natural to do so. Everything you think about does not have to be acted upon. Nor do you have to do anything to counteract it. If you do feel distressed try and focus on something else like doing simran or other forms of meditation.
