Mool mantra includes "Nirbhau, Nirvair", meaning "without fear, without hate". Listen to gurbani and understand it. Its all about loving god and seeing that he has set certain rules for the universe, and we simply reap what we sow. Just learn to obey the hukam and stay pleased in happiness or sorrow. Do not doubt god or think of him as someone who hates, takes revenge, gets angry or makes schemes to ruin anything. All he does is spread love and nurture everything in the universe. Bhul chuk muaf.
