First of all di, you're definitely a strong kaur and the help you give around here is amazing, like I applaud your knowledge. Second of all, you're right, what you are facing is due to hormonal changes. However, that doesn't mean the issue is not important. Whilst you go through that mood swing, just talk to yourself and think of all the possible solutions to the problem. Are you comfortable sharing even a little bit of your problem? If not, let me talk through examples. If its one recurrent issue that keeps bothering you during that time, it probably means that its bothering your unconscious mind a lot. Sometimes we say we've forgotten about something or have forgiven someone but we really haven't. The best thing I'd advice is to talk to yourself and find the real reason behind it as it keeps coming up. Another short tip is to take a deep breath and smile! Smiling tricks your brain into thinking that you're happy, which might lighten your mood and decrease your chances of crying. Even though sometimes what a person needs is just a little cry with someone, you can try that too, it might come in handy.
