Gurfateh Jio! I completely understand your situation, so I will state up front that I have a degree in neuroscience and worked for many years at Ohio State University as a Research Associate in High Energy Physics (sub-atomic particle physics.)

Science and religion are actually describing the exact same creator/creation, but they are using two different languages to do so. Let's take a simple example. Black holes and white holes...

image description

Scientific Language: Black holes are so massively dense that their intense gravitational pull constantly sucks in surrounding matter. Out of a white hole constantly streams newly formed "infant" stars. White holes are known as "star nurseries." The matter entering a black hole is transformed beyond the event horizon and reborn as new "start stuff." All atoms in the universe are the samje everywhere, though their proportions may be different. Every atom in and on our little planet Earth came from "stardust." We are all then, literally made out of stardust.

Spritual Language: There is One energy which manifests in all the forms we see. All forms arise from the One and fall back into the One. Everything we see is God. In fact, there is nothing but God, the One energy which is constantly creating, organizing and destroying all forms. Our true being is suspended at the zero point from which and into which all creation flows.

I see no contradiction at all. We are all talking about what is true, just speaking two different languages.
