Tarunpreet Ji - Very few decisions in life are split-second decisions. Usually we have at least a minute or two to act or not act. There are many decisions we make, from little ones such as what shall I eat for lunch today, to big ones such as what school to attend, whom to marry, or whether or not to take a journey. I have found that we usually know the right decision through our intuition within 9 seconds. The problem is that then we begin thinking, weighing the pros and cons, round and round, over and over in our heads until we make ourselves crazy.

Meditate and do paath. Pay attention to your intuition and listen to it. Receive Guru Ji's hukam in the moment and open yourself to it. Once you act on a decision, don't look back and second guess what you did or did not do. Let it go and just be present in this moment. You can't go back in time.

If a decision you made caused pain to another person, then karma is created and must be paid. If there is a rift between you and another, then, sooner or later, Guru Ji will give you an opportunity to make things right.
