Since you sound like you are in crisis, I would recommend talking to a professional/going to the emergency room. Have you tried talking to family, doctor, someone you trust? Professionals know how to deal with suicidal thoughts, they are trained in helping you learn how to cope with life’s stress no matter how extreme and helping you to get through this crisis. Sometimes it just takes different ways to solve a problem than you’ve tried before. Trust can be rebuilt. I encourage you to remove all possible ways you are thinking of ending your life, all dangerous means in your home, and staying away from alcohol, and staying in the company of people around you (not being alone).

God has given us this gift of life and we all, no matter what we’ve gone through have that chance to meet Waheguru in this life and move through our hardships.
