Not sure how others will respond, but i think its fine. Some might say its not part of the 5 ks or might twist thr 5ks to say u shouldn't. But lets say u got burned badly and your nose all but gone. Could u have surgery then? Or accept it because as some older generations might say "its God's work". My advice, and would say applies to life...do what makes you happy , as long as it directly doesnt bring harm to others. People will hate n be unhappy with your choices. You will never make everyone, so why make yourself unhappy along the way. Good luck and hope procedure goes well if you go for it
