Rebirth is according to karma. Amrit Sanchar does not guarantee anything regarding rebirth or liberation. When karmas are cleared, then soul becomes free from the cycle of rebirth. Until then, the soul is reborn in whichever form is best suited for that soul to pay the karmas.
