what r the issues u have faced as a Sikh woman if any?

o.k do agree with u but nobody is being judgmental and negative here, everyone in this thread have expressed their own views, lets not take constructive criticism to be negative.

Sikhi is a way of living not a religion what does that mean. i have heard in the past too some Sikhs saying so and even i have heard some Hindus saying so about their own faith. Does that mean that all the Dharmic faiths are actually not faiths but a way of living.

World's biggest faiths in terms of number of adherents are Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, and Buddhism even those people do not have so many issues like that of the Sikhs.

Sikhs who are minuscule in numbers are deeply divided their issues have remained unresolved since long. I would like to hear from the online Sangat as to what do they think are the major Sikh issues and how can they be resolved.

On a personal level if you have faced real difficulty in practicing your faith then do come out in the open and suggest as to what best can be done to reform the Sikh Panth.

that i am well aware of which is common both for males and females, what i am looking for is specific responsibilities of the Sikh females in the changed times of today.

completely agree with the top most comment that Espanola must be declared as the new Vatican of the Sikhs and better wud be if Mr. Gurubachan Singh Khalsa is appointed as the Chief Jathedar of the Espanola Gurdwara.

Sikh Gurus scarified their lives for the Rehat, had Sikhi or Rehat not so imp. then why did the Sikh Gurus came out with a different Sikh philosophy despite being born in Hindu families. Any answers strongkaur?

Can anyone let me know as to what are the responsibilities and duties of an educated English speaking and strictly no Punjabi kind of an attitude of a true Singhni of this modern era.
