Is getting up at 12:00 AM midnight and doing "Ishnaan" and starting nitnem around 12:30AM, is that Amrit vela too? or it is 3AM-6:AM (last pehr of the night)?

Basically, I have heard 12:00aM- 6:00AM is amrit Vela, but I also heard it's the last "pehr" of the night before sunrise, so 3-6:00AM. When exactly is it? And yes, anytime you do paath is amrit vela, I have heard that too, but I know there are very specifics verses from SGGS indicating as waking up early in the morning. I am confused about the exact timing?
