Thinking is of mann or of heart ?
When the things automatically mind starts thinking but heart or the person himself do not want to think ... Then what is it ? Means when mind think bad but actually i dont want to think .. And mind always forces me to think the things on which i feel guilt .. But actually i dont want to think .. I always remember waheguru .. Waheguru is with us at every step ..but why my mind always forces me to those things whuch actually i and my heart dont want to think ? Do i punish for my bad thinking ?
