I love Amritvela and I obey it for 1 month like Kitne recite at 4 am at Gurdwara sahib but now I am unable to concentrate at nitnem help me.and now I usually skipped and unable to wake due to laziness
I am feel that Waheguru ji punish me as now I skip amritwela Pls help I am trying to hide my self from Waheguru what a foolish I am
